Benjamin Eghbali, Esq.

Founding Attorney

Benjamin Eghbali is the Founder of the Eghbali Law Firm, one of California’s leading employment law firms.

Me. Eghbali started the Law Office of Benjamin Eghbali, and later grew and converted the operation into The Eghbali Law Firm in 2019. Empathizing with the Me Too movement, Benjamin directed the Firm into representing employees who were sexually harassed, faced discrimination or were underpaid in accordance with California law.

Benjamin holds himself and his employees to the highest ethical standards. He has fostered a working environment where his employees are not only highly competent, but respectful and courteous; most importantly, is that each of his staff enjoys working at the Firm.

Benjamin earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier College of Law in 2015 and his Bachelor’s degree in History from UCLA.

Cosmin Ritivoiu, Esq.

Senior Associate

Cosmin is in charge of the written discovery and law and motion. He has a high degree of success with the courts as it pertains to the law and motions that he submits to courts.

He earned three Master’s degrees (English, Theology, Philosophy) before earning his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.

Cosmin learned the art of telling engaging true stories during his first career as a college English instructor. Using his communication skills, he has stood up for victims of emotional trauma. After his family immigrated from Romania, he grew up in Southern California and learned how discrimination can take many subtle forms.

A Few Words from Cosmin

I started working at the Eghbali Law Firm prior to graduating from law school. My entire skill as an employment law litigator was acquired at the Firm. I always have a few laughs with Paul, and I enjoy working with Ben and all the employees at the Firm.

Feeling connected to those who have been victimized has fueled my passionate advocacy for the downtrodden.

In my spare time, I balance my life by spending time with family and foraging for wild foods.

Noor Iriami, J.D.

Litigation Assistant

Noor is primarily in charge of drafting the discovery responses requested by the Defense counsel. Noor also prepares all the trial documents for anticipated jury trials.

Prior to joining the firm, Noor worked at a personal injury firm where she handled all aspects of the client's file.

Noor obtained her Juris Doctorate from Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law. She had also earned a bachelor's degree from U.C. Santa Barbara.

Noor will be promoted to a litigation attorney as soon as she is licensed to practice law.

I love giving back to my community by volunteering at small claims court as a certified mediator. In addition to my dedication to the legal field, I find immense fulfillment in bringing people together and spreading happiness. My unique talent lies in the art of magic, a skill I use to create moments of togetherness. This passion for connecting with others on a personal level perfectly complements my professional commitment to fighting for justice and defending the rights of those who have been mistreated. Currently, I am proud to be a part of the Eghbali Law Firm, where dedication to clients and a sense of camaraderie thrive.

Danielle Gutierrez

Lead Case Manager

In addition to being a case manager, Danielle has been promoted as a lead because of her outstanding ability to be organized with attention to detail. Danielle is also in charge of arranging all depositions of the witnesses and parties to the lawsuit.

Danielle holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Social Work from Long Island University.

Born and raised in vibrant Los Angeles, my journey has always been about making a positive impact on those around me.

Sports have played a significant role in my life, with the honor of representing the Mexico national team as a Division 1 collegiate athlete, reflecting my passion for sports and competition. Beyond the field, I find joy in cooking, relishing the process of creating tasty dishes in the kitchen. I also have a keen eye for interior design and fashion, expressing my unique style through clothing and decor. Outside of work, I cherish moments spent with my goldendoodle, adding warmth and companionship to my life.

Sylvia Ramirez

Case Manager

As a case manager, Sylvia is extremely passionate about her job. She vigorously follows through to ensure that the clients that she has been assigned to can explain their stories.

Sylvia received her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Geography at the University of California Santa Barbara.

I am grateful for the opportunity to work at the Eghbali Firm, an organization that shares my values of kindness and integrity, not only in serving clients but also in fostering a positive and ethical work environment.

Critical thinking and hard work have always been very important to me. In 2015, I showcased my communication skills as a member of the Cerritos College Speech and Debate team where I proudly represented Cerritos Community at IPDA Nationals, demonstrating my talent for persuasive argumentation.

My parents are Mexican immigrants, and I am the first person in my family to go to college. Adversity in my own life has motivated me to help underrepresented individuals navigate the complexities of Employment Law. I am driven by my desire to support hardworking people who deserve fair treatment.

On my free time, I enjoy reading, painting, and cherishing moments with my beloved pets.
