Benjamin Eghbali is the Founder of the Eghbali Law Firm, one of California’s leading employment law firms.

Me. Eghbali started the Law Office of Benjamin Eghbali, and later grew and converted the operation into The Eghbali Law Firm in 2019. Empathizing with the Me Too movement, Benjamin directed the Firm into representing employees who were sexually harassed, faced discrimination or were underpaid in accordance with California law.

Benjamin holds himself and his employees to the highest ethical standards. He has fostered a working environment where his employees are not only highly competent, but respectful and courteous; most importantly, is that each of his staff enjoys working at the Firm.

Benjamin earned his Juris Doctorate from Whittier College of Law in 2015 and his Bachelor’s degree in History from UCLA.

Paul joined the Eghbali Law Firm during the Pandemic to implement and enhance the litigation process through automation to ensure that the attorneys and staff can work efficiently and minimize the stress that is incidental to litigation. Paul manages the Firm’s litigation department and also directly litigates the cases by making the court appearances and conducting depositions and trials.

Paul obtained his Juris Doctorate from Western State university with undergraduate degrees in Law and Business.

Paul has been practicing law since November 1995. Prior to joining the Firm, Paul practiced Civil litigation, Criminal defense both in State and Federal Courts, Throughout his legal profession, Paul has handled several hundred litigation cases. Paul has also handled several dozen transactional matters, and was advisor to numerous businesses.

Prior to practicing law, Paul was the CFO of a clothing manufacturer and wrote a custom accounting app and a CAD program that substantially increased efficiency and cost savings for the company.

In his spare time, Paul enjoys reading and socializing with friends. Paul is fluent in English, Italian, French, Persian, and is conversational in Armenian, Mandarin Chinese and Spanish.

Cosmin is in charge of the written discovery and law and motion. He has a high degree of success with the courts as it pertains to the law and motions that he submits to courts.

He earned three Master’s degrees (English, Theology, Philosophy) before earning his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School.

Cosmin learned the art of telling engaging true stories during his first career as a college English instructor. Using his communication skills, he has stood up for victims of emotional trauma. After his family immigrated from Romania, he grew up in Southern California and learned how discrimination can take many subtle forms.

Noor is primarily in charge of drafting the discovery responses requested by the Defense counsel. Noor also prepares all the trial documents for anticipated jury trials.

Prior to joining the firm, Noor worked at a personal injury firm where she handled all aspects of the client's file.

Noor obtained her Juris Doctorate from Santa Barbara and Ventura Colleges of Law. She had also earned a bachelor's degree from U.C. Santa Barbara.

Noor will be promoted to a litigation attorney as soon as she is licensed to practice law.

Daniel Cohen handles all aspects of paralegal duties that pertain to finalizing law and motion, and related matters. and ensures that all pleadings are properly formatted.

Daniel is bilingual in English and Spanish. earned a JD at USAC in Guatemala and later obtained an AA at West Los Angeles College. With 35 years of experience as a Paralegal and as a Law Clerk, Daniel embarked on a diverse legal career in various fields, from personal injury to medical malpractice and immigration law.

Charay in mostly in charge of preparing the discovery responses that have been requested by the Defense Counsel.

Charay obtained her bachelor’s degree In Business Administration.

Bryan has several roles at the Firm. He is in charge of the Firm’s IT. He was initially hired to write the programming scripts for the firm’s litigation. Once the programs were substantially operational, he commenced compiling the lawsuits / complaints from the Statement of Facts.

Bryan has eliminated substantially litigation redundancy, which allows the attorneys to focus on discovery, investigations and preparation for trial.

Bryan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from California State University Dominguez Hills.

In addition to being a case manager, Danielle has been promoted as a lead because of her outstanding ability to be organized with attention to detail. Danielle is also in charge of arranging all depositions of the witnesses and parties to the lawsuit.

Danielle holds a dual bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Social Work from Long Island University.

In addition to being a case manager, Dana is also in charge of the news releases about the harassment and discrimination cases that deserve publicity.

Dana holds a Bachelor's degree in journalism and a Master's degree in digital marketing from Arizona State University. Dana was on the university's news reporting team while earning her bachelor's degree. Dana also interned in the athletics department, where she interviewed athletes and prepared post-game recaps.

Dalia is a case manager for most discrimination cases. She was assigned to handling discrimination cases because of her impressive thesis that she had written and presented at UC Davis for her bachelor’s degree. Her thesis pertained to the unfair abuse and discrimination of Native Indians in Canada.

Dalia has earned a Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies and a minor in Ethnic Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

As a case manager, Sylvia is extremely passionate about her job. She vigorously follows through to ensure that the clients that she has been assigned to can explain their stories.

Sylvia received her Bachelor’s degree of Science in Geography at the University of California Santa Barbara.

Violet is the Firm’s newest member. She has an outstanding level of intelligence. She has a dual bachelor degree from UC Davis in Philosophy and Political Science. Violet intends to go to law school in the future.
