Benjamin Eghbali, the founder of the Eghbali Law Firm, has been practicing in the fields of employment law for more than four years. He takes pride in representing employees who are victims of sexual harassment in the workplace.
As a member of the Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, the Beverly Hills Bar Association, the State Bar of California, and Avvo, Mr. Eghbali is admitted to practice in all California courts as well as Federal court.
Mr. Eghbali earned a Bachelor’s of Arts degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2011. He received his legal education at Whittier Law School, where he earned his Doctorate of Law in 2015. At Whittier, he also received the CALI award setting the curve in his Evidence class.
When he is not practicing law, Mr. Eghbali volunteers with the Tomchei Shabbos charity, packing food for people in need. He strives to help give a voice to those who are disadvantaged or have been mistreated.
